Refund policy

1. Exchange & Return Period

  • 7-Day Tolerance: You have 7 days from the date of delivery/purchase to notify us of a return or exchange.

  • Expiration: Any request made after the 7th day will unfortunately not be eligible for an exchange or refund.

2. Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return or exchange, please ensure:

  • The product is unused, unworn, and unwashed.

  • The product is in the same condition that you received it.

  • The original packaging and tags are intact.

  • Sale Items: Please note that items bought on sale or during promotional events cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect.

3. Shipping & Redelivery Fees

  • Patron Responsibility: If the return is due to a "Patron Error" (e.g., you ordered the incorrect size or color), the customer is responsible for the shipment charges to return the item to our location.

  • Redelivery Fee: A flat rate of R150 will be charged for the redelivery of the exchanged item.

  • Our Responsibility: If the return is due to a manufacturing fault, damaged garment, or a mistake made by our team, we will cover all collection and redelivery charges in full.

4. Refunds

In accordance with the CPA:

  • Refunds are generally processed if a product is found to be materially defective and a replacement or repair is not possible.

  • If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

  • Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
